77 Spaces

77 Spaces has been envisioned as a space where people from diverse domains come to work productively. The layout of the space has been designed to utilize the natural light to the maximum. Use of bright rejuvenating colour palette in a setting of neutral shades lifts the spirit of the users of the space. A biophilic environment has been created with the help of natural and artificial plants. A Buddha sculpture with waterfall, also adds to the relaxing feel of the space. All these factors create a relaxing and rejuvenating space for work. A fun map of Trivandrum graces the entrance of the space and helps to create an informal vibe to the working space.
The interior layout had also been meticulously planned to utilize the available space to its maximum. We have been able to accommodate 50 seats, an 11 seater conference room, a 5 seater meeting room and a 15 seater pantry space in 2200 sqft. The conference room has been designed to double up as a training room. The conference table can be dismantled and stored. 20 training chairs can be accommodated in the modified space. Storage for the dismantled furniture has also been designed adjacent to the conference room. Even minor details have been looked into, like a janitors shelf near the toilet that contribute to the efficient functioning of the space.
I have been fortunate enough to design and also run the space. This has given me the opportunity to observe the space being used. Everyone who walks into the space, have been complementing us about the excellent vibe and Interiors.
